I know money isnt a problem but will be carefull after the Fidge fiasco and want high profile.
Last i heard they werent happy with the applications that they had and were searching

I have heard that Marion have signed the two blokes who took over from Fidgey at the end of last season. Not sure of names though, but am led to believe a few of the boys arent happy with the decision.

And on another note, McIntee is having another crack at league football with the Eagles, so it looks like Marion will be without his services next year. With him gone at least they wont be so one dimensional when going forward.

Marion probably wouldnt want them back. All pretty average footballers that went to CLG last year.

yep all true hills, cant name anyone at this point stage due to players not signed yet but the have been poached by a few different clubs and from different leagues. some of there up and coming juniors could be headed to SANFL clubs too.

i also hear Ando staying on hasnt helped in keeping there squad together for another year.
Time will tell if these players are after the dollar or are true club men who want play for their club and mates??

you still havin a kick again next year hills?

In regards to Cove... Big Red Delicious... None have left there...They firm week by week to keep Vick it gets more and more likely he will stay!!! They have signed an on baller from Port lincoln who won the mail medal over there around 3 years ago!!!! Spoke to Ramsey and Vick who were having lunch together last Saturday..... No one has left... there main concern was Weidermann but if rumour correct he signed this week.... As for there juniors none are interested in going the only four of interest for next year, ( Schneider, Miller, Macinerney and Calhoun) all will play A grade at Cove have no desire to go to SANFL... Player's exiting rumour I have no doubt is due to Anderson re signing and people just wanting to believe the players don't like him. I got it from good authority from there 2 most recognised and senior players he is the right man!!
They are in the market for 2 big men

Have heard that Weidermann is most certainly leaving. CLG maybe the club ATM moment but he has had second thoughts. Tailem Bend offering up some massive cash for his services to. Altough i think every year he is leaving Cove but hangs on we'll see. Heard that CLG are sniffing around several Cove and SFL players ATM as well? What do you know there Jono

Plays out at Cove at Centre Half Forward (Ando played him at CHB in there biggest game????) has played 19's at the Bay and I think tried out at South ressies but his kicking need to much work to crack it. Association CHF and Southern Districts CHF takes a great grab but has a very awkward kicking style altough he did kick alot of goals this year not sure how many behinds though
