Expecting Brighton to beat the Valleys too good in close for HV.
Cove beat Porties only just.

Association representative tells me he can play....

In all honestly he was the best young talent i had seen at the club in my time.....was developing into something special....the bays were very interested in him.....not sure what 2 years out of the game would do but suspect he would be a big plus......any guy 6 foot 5/6 would be handy.....

i had my money on the valley taking down brighton, but brighton just ran the game better than valley. not a flashy game but the score could have opened up if kicking inside 50m was bit more accurate in the first half.

thought miles was fantastic until getting injured, will be interesting how his left shoulder pulls up.

Porties over Cove by about 5 goals

Cove 4 to 1 up at quarter time...unsighted beyond the 10 minute mark of 2nd quarter.

Andersons 3/4 time old school man-up speech not much chop in this day and age.

Morphies vs Brighton for the chockies by the looks of it this year.

I just got the call that porties knocked off cove by a few goals while riding my bike ... i nearly had a crash! Cove were 'meant' by all reports to be the things to beat Morphies in the finals. Now we have given Morphies a free ride to the grand final because from what ive seen this year there is no way in hell Porties can even go close to challenging the Emus in a prelim.

I guess this match has just proved that finals footy is a completely different season

That would have to be the major surprise of the year so far- If Cove cant get the job done with the list they have at the moment, they never will.

Jono or one of the Cove boys- what was the story? Were many missing? Or just an off day?

Well done to Porties. Many (including me) have underestimated them a tad this year. Who were the best for the Cockles?

As others are, I am very surprised to here the news cove have been bowled over!! unbelievable. porties must have played out of their skins to beat them. well done porties - massive win for the club.

This means again the GF will be M.V vs Reynella. With the weeks break they flys will be too strong and portys couldnt possible beat M.V. who won the B grade yesterday??

emus to strong in the B's yesterday, im told they won by about 5 goals. Christies played a few A graders to try give them a win but it didnt happen.

full credit to porties on reaching a prelim, now face m.vale who they match up pretty well on.
what happend down at the vikings A's and B's both out. A's in straight sets,
You'd have to be pretty happy with the win on the weekend hey Hotdogs, I rekn you can take reynella next week!!
what was with L.stewart playing B's ?
