Good tips Comeon but Cove might struggle without Vick & Ramsay in State Side - Reynella has Butcher in - probably too strong but agree with other tips.
If Christies win then maybe might save Meekins close game that one

Lonsdale Lions captain liam harris went under the knife on wednesday for a dodgy knee. If anyone is interested, everything went pretty well. Bit of meniscal tearing and some floating cartlidge so he should be right for the lions before the finals

I think he did his knee round one, and has played very few games since. Hey is a key for them, hope he comes back well and in the same form he was in last year!

yeah its shit to see good players get injuries especially after the stellar year he had last year for lonsdale. I hope he gets back to the same form he had last year. How are the rest of the lads playing without his presence on field?

Vice captain Rusty Curyer has really stood up (to 5 foot 2) this year playing great footy. If Harris plays half as good as last year he will a big inclusion if the Lions play finals.

Maybe he should have brought more footy's out to training so more of the wineflys know what to do with it...

On another note, i hear Milo is out injured? Pollard only kicked 1 on the weekend, so the race to 100 is still on if Milo can get himself fit.

Any truth in the rumour that Milo will be right for this weekend because he "faked" his hamstring injury after being threatened by a cove player. Will be interesting to see if it is magically better and he suits up this weekend against an easier noarlunga.
From memory he pulled out injured in the first 5 minutes the last time the wineflies played cove.
