If Hackham A grade forfeit this week then the following MUST occur:

The club is pulled from the competition, including juniors for the rest of the year and fined (we all know they won't be here next year)
All percentages adjusted to suit an average winning margin whether you have defeated them by 10 goals or 65 goals for all teams
Personal goals scored against them be stripped from the leading goal kickers
Mail medal votes for these games be destroyed and not counted.

If they forfeit and all of the above does not happen then i know for a fact that multiple clubs will not rest until these conditions are met.

Well surely the powers that be from hackham do the right thing for once this year, after this weekend all teams have played each other once. So surely the could drag a few blokes out to play this week, as for the remainder of the year, not sure how to fix that. hackham's run home is M/Vale, Lions, Saints, Sharks, Roos and Rams. Although they will not win any of these games, at least they wont get done by 50+ after M/Vale. I think they should finish what they started. Also not real fair on the kids who just want to play footy.

Not much of a round this week apart from Porties v Cove
Bring on Round 14, 5 out of 7 games could be close

Having a go at Josh Vick is a big call. He had several clubs chasing him during the off season and was offered big coin. Stayed at cove for nothing in comparison. Remember also that he does drive from Karoonda to play. He is a good player that just loves the sport

Don't know the bloke but he sounds like just the kind of player every club would love to have in their side, whoever has had a go at him about being passionate for his club and the game we all love needs to get a life. The more passion and enthusiasm the better.

so for the only close game of the round does anyone think that porties can beat cove or at least give them a run for their money?

Also on records does anyone think Morphies can break the record this week? It is meant to be a fine and sunny day.

i think porties can give em a run as long as they keep it in tight and physical Reynella and Morphett Vale have already shown they don't like the close in stuff and i think porties do that as well as any other team in the league!

As for the record where is it being played? if its on the postage stamp at wheatsheaf they'll give it a good nudge?

Where is the Cove v Porties game?

If Saturday is fine and sunny and Hackham only have 18 at the start then 70 big ones is not out of the question.

It is on the smaller oval. one kick out of the middle and it lands about 35-40 out from goal. Could be a telling factor.

The porties/cove game is at porties also reckon the lonsdale/flagstaff game should be a close 1 with flaggies trying to sneak in the 8 and lonsdale wantin to stay put in there

your right Jayne but in comparison to other offers closer to home, as well as the junior coaching roles and the fact that he can play I'd say give him a go!

Might have to have a chat with a few SFL boys! Heard that a few average players are on $250 at Callington of all places. There's money to be made out there

Had enough of reading about Cove, M/Vale & Josh Vick so here are my tips,

OSB - in a close one.
COVE - 5 goal.
CHRISTIES - Marion gone backward since the sacking of Fidge.
VALLEY - 10 goal.
REYNELLA - could be messy for the Roo's - Reynella 40 - 50 goal.
M/VALE - can they kick 70 ?
BRIGHTON - 15 - 20 goal.

Plenty of players in the sfl on more than $150, a couple from every team i would say. In country leagues $300-$400 is not uncommon
