Some big names missing: Pollard, Beeching, Mahar, Bradshaw, M.Joraslafsky.

I'm guessing a few of these just can't be bothered as they've probably played in the last few. can the league suspend players for the follwoing round if they refuse to play? I would like to think they cant.

Good call, haven't heard a thing about taking a strong stance this year, Tedmanson coped a 2 week ban last year from memory, one thing the league is superb at is inconsistency....

Tedmanson was benched the last quarter before the association game due to injury, didnt play the game due to that injury and was then going to play the week after for porties. (Thats how i recall it anyway, feel free to jump in observer)Copped 2 weeks, if the above mentioned names try and do the same thing i wonder what the league will do........ my guess.... not a lot!

No one gets suspended for Association Footy, its only when you are picked for the zone team that the league in there wisdom suspend players who dont want to play as in Tedmanson last year.
Only thing I can spot with the side is that there is no back up ruckman......Looks like McEntee or Ramsey will have to do a bit!!!
dont be surprised if Bachman does some ruck work at some stage, could be a surprise move

Beeching hasnt kicked many goals at chf this year either would you leave him out if he was available as well, from what ive seen Mcentee is the best marking chf going around

You must not have seen to many games then if you think that and if thats all the requirements the league is looking for in a chf i would have neil reeve in the team instead would guarantee he would have the strongest hands in the comp given the right delivery but theres more to chf than just marking the ball

Ashley Baxter would have to be one of the hardest working CHF in the comp. the bloke would cover more ground than any other CHF and has a fair decent grab? Has also kicked a few bags LATELY but he didn't even get invited out? The league showing yet again it's a joke!

Think he was in initial squad however, had already planned a trip away.....You can't fault his work rate or marking ability kicking at stages has let him down but this year he has kicked really well especially at goal. Ramsey reads him like a book at FF so many times it's Weidermann to Ramsey they have played a lot of footy together though....I think the SFL squad is really good and i'd expect on our own home turf under lights big crowd we might get the chocolates...Let's forget about who isn't there and concentrate on who is and lets get behind them i think the SFL will hae plenty to cheer about tomorrow night...

yep, 6:00 start, not sure what the admission is.

Never heard of the Ruckman Brown - but this is a very good side - if Toddy Johnstone can't make the 18, then it must be a good side.

Let's hope the SFL smash the opposition and then we can start talking up the league once again.

After the crowds from the first night of the 20 20 Comp it would be a best bet to get your park tonight haha Its gona be full to the rafters great for the Southern Footy league and great for local footy in general (Gotta love ya local). Lets hope they show that at least the best in our league is up there with the best around and show some of these people that think our league is the worst around that we are indeed alive and strong. And lets just hope the crowd can peform as well as our team will dont want idiots to ruin what will be a great atmosphere and a great night.

Should be a cracker. Just hope the weather holds off. It would be good to see the best going at it in good conditions and not slogging it out in the wet.

Hey gringo are you a selector or playing in the side.... you seemed to know the side pretty well before anyone else. must have some inside goss from someone.
Beat the whites of eggs with a pinch of salt until stiff...Continue beating, gradually adding sugar, vinegar and vanilla, until of thick consistency.
