I doubt there is worse than a 45 goal belting

Yep
Looks a pretty strong wineflies side on paper going to be hard to beat all year.
Must admit though a little worried about Aldinga's start to the season. Were competitive in a couple of early games last season even notched 2 wins in first 6 games but 150 plus loss to Hackham in round 1 and large list of outs with some of those the 'better' players from last year. Nobody likes to see a team getting smashed each week.
What is the answer fisho? How can they attract quality players?fisho mcspaz wrote:Peter Griffen wrote:A's lost by 300 and B's didn't score
They didn't score? F*** I was watching and I thought they got at least one goal... maybe that was the As. Long year ahead. BTW, as many things as the league can be held accountable for, I reckon we dug our own hole with this one. League's not responsible for this. How can they help, anyway? Throw money at us so we can hire some more ring-ins who turn up once a week to collect their pay and don't play due to a sore foot or a hangover?

Shoes v Hawks - Hawks by 5 points
Flies v Flaggies - Flies by 60 points
Porties v Sharks - Porties by150 points
3 potentially close games IMO but time will tell. Agree with previous post that BDOS and Roos will be game of the round. Also think Shoes vs Hawks will be a good game to watch. Keen to see how the Hawks have progressed from an improived season last year.
Might draw a bumper crowd of about 20 people
