even suggesting that SFL or any country footy would compete with league football is so far off you need to look at yourself.
because it seems hard when your playing does not mean its as hard as the levels above, its got to do with the players your playing with, yourself as a player, and the players your playing against.
speak to guys that have played league footy and they will vouch for it, vick, walton etc could tell you how much better it is, ordinary idea to even compare league with association!!!

I think your preaching to the converted BJ. The only person thats mentioned the league side was cheech. everyone else has said the league side would kill the SFL. The ressies is a fair drop from league footy tho and I Reckon that would be a better contest.

Big game for the Lions this week, this game could determine another year of making the 8!!

If they dont win, they may as well take up Netball. Lion Heart, are the boys looking keen?

Or it proves he might not be as good a player as you think he is? Cove have done nothing yet to suggest that they are any better or worse than last year! I seem to remember a certain team being 10 - 0 at one stage last year only to stumble when it came to playing the big sides as a wise old man says the regular season in the SFL is just a long preseason for most clubs the real season gets underway come september!

Game of the Round

Postby Cheech » Fri May 11, 2007 12:35 pm

I reckon the best game of the rounds looks like:

Happy Valley V Brighton

I tip Brighton by 6 goals...to run over the top of them in the last quarter!

Apologies Cheech. I will look harder for your sarcasm in the future.
We all got to the same conclusion in the end. got plenty of discussion though so not a bad post.

Well you must have some ties with Brighton because theyre the only club I know in the league to so blatantly look down their nose (over the charddonay) at every other team in the league!!

Im sure The Morphies players living in that area could "upgrade" to a poofy townhouse in brighton so they can sip lattes and wear pink sweaters. All they would have to do is trade in there premiership medals.
why dont you use your spare change and bye a clue Franky!!!!
