Steady is a champion bloke as far as his opinion of shane (08 coach) I think he had some difficulties after working for him for a while. Apparently he is twice as good at bein a boss as he is at coaching

The term "Inspirational Sideline Enthusiast" comes to mind. He was kept out due to a pretty severe injury for a fair bit of season 08, but you can be sure if he stays fit he will continue to be Mr. Dependable for whichever club he plays for.

I was involved in discussions with Shane and the committee leading up to the resignation of Shane as coach and his above statement is true.

Thanks Shane for your honesty and for getting the Aldinga Football Club more competative in your 3 years at Aldinga. Now we actively want to move forward and build on what we have with our new coach. We wish you the very best of luck with your new venture Onka Valley.

The problem with identifying yourself on a forum i think, is that people can search your posts and find things like this

I just wanted to say how good a job I think Shane Lynch is doing at Aldinga this year, he has had to put up with a lot of crap just look at tunits crap and having to put with ego's like Biglands( Bosshogg ) any team would love to have him at any other SFL club, Morphetvale would be a club looking for a coach I think they will be banging down his door anytime, top bloke and great coach.
