thats good numbers hawks. is that seniors if so you will def be on the right track. for instance i played you guys not last year but the year before and i was put to chb to give others a run but the player i was on just stood there and didnt move. when i questioned him about doing something or going to the bench so someone else could his comeback was i just played b grade and im tired. hopefully less people will need to double up and be able to focus on the one game. good luck to you guys.

who are your trials against

there are about 90% seniors. we have not had all players out at once this year yet so dont know exact numbers. but the feeling is good and trainings are going well. denis is a good coach, cant wait to see what he is like come game day. very exciting stuff. we are only running out the once this pre season, against adelaide uni in a 6 quarter game.
and you will find there will not be any double ups this year, and last year it was down to a very bare minimum. the only game that really happened was against brighton where we had that 60 goal loss. not much you can do when both coaches quit on a thursday night!

Its a hell of a lot different from this time last year. And if everyone keeps up the enthusiasm and puts in as hard as they are now for the rest of the season i wouldnt be surprised if we had a few wins come season end. Cant wait for Round 1.

Surely the trial wouldn't be against uni's top side? If so whats the gain from that?

the gain is playing against quality footballers, getting match fitness and playing as a team as there a quite a few new faces to be wearing the brown and gold this year. not sure about the teams but it will be a mixture over the 6 quarters i am guessing.

You are both tools shoeboy and zooman07. Its bad enough targetting the lower ranked clubs players but to come on the forum and brag about it doesnt say much for you or your club.

Unless he takes the step to SANFL, Leave the lad at Doctors Road !!!!!
Under the circumstances of recent seasons, it should be a written law that Hackham talent is a "no go" zone for all SFL clubs.

Just got back in the office and dont you love some of this crap???

I am just calling it as it is,not being at the said meeting as I was courting a couple of Lonsdale lads at the casino.(JOKING)

Just for your info we have had a number of our KIDS called, courted, dined, promised gifts, offered coin and to this point only 1 has sniffed the bait but all others have informed us of the attention they have received. A relationship that we have that is built around respect.
Do you see us bitching NO!

So in finishing Bobby as a football director you make a good scout leader so do what you do best and get back scouting???
