Fantastic that Aldinga have signed their new coach. I heard the guy is committed to putting in the hard yards, which is what the club needs. A good hard preseason will see the Sharks right. Should be a great year. :supz:

What do Aldinga need to continue to improve. How much will the loss of Hart affect them? (never seen him play)

A new, young coach with new gameplans etc will bring a fresh approach and hopefully build on the work that Lynch did. Will the Dingy boys enjoy this new challenge?

Aldinga just need some committment BJ. And with someone like Brad coming in I'm positive that is what he will get. We need to recruit alot more of our older local guys back or to try get some interested and continue to obviously cement a strong junior implement through the next few years.

Lynch has done fantastic at the club and getting everyone together and I also hope his hard work doesn't go unrecognised.

Having spoken to alot of players I know that each one is as keen as the next. Like I said before some strong committments from some fringe players and also senior players is needed. With myself being new to Brad and what I have heard about him through various sources it seems as if he will be a great fit for our club.

We have been scratching our way up for years now and feel in the next few years the club can finally be restored to the successful place it once was. This is not a hope or half baked idea, we will not accept any sub standard efforts any more. we are all willing to give it a fair kick to make sure we do our part to ensure success in the not so difstant future.

So yes believe me, we are more than ready and are very excited about the prospects with our new coach.

Great move by the Sharks ! =D> Mark has been one of the most astute coaches in SFL in recent years, and it sounds as if Brad has developed some of the same coaching ability. Won't harm the Sharks at all with Mark around the place as well.

Sounds good for the Sharks. Could be a good opportunity for an up and coming coach such as Brad. Do we have a B grade coach yet? If so when does pre-season start and more importantly when does it start for players 30+?

Maybe the 30+ players can meet at the club for beers for 'comeraderie' before XMAS.

Just talking to a couple Sharkies and have been told that an ex junior in Edwards has had talks with the new coach in playing at Aldinga next year. Is a A grade premiership player i believe, perhaps he is mates with Shrive? Not sure if he even played this season?

i cant confirm or deny anythin bout nick edwards inparticular, but the shark hirachey are on the hunt, thats for sure!!!

from what i know bout edwards, has played a lot of B grade at morphies, and think occasionally gets the call up to give shorty a rest in the A grade, but i could be wrong, thats just the impression i've got from watching the occaisional morphies game.
