Rhett 'the body' Biglands, has been approached to coach the sharks as of the 2009 season, he will not play football again as he is breaking down, but his contacts and imput into the club will be invaluable, he rated himself a 90 percent chance of taking the job, he will be the biggest name the league has seen since noel teasdale...

Definately btp, straight out of the afl system, fresh new contacts, tony and ando were out of the system for quite a fair while half the young blokes running around have never heard of them, I really don't think this could be disputed, sure ando won a magary medal but big rhett is pretty popular and will put the sfl and aldinga on the map...

Shane Lynch announced last night he is standing down as A grade coach. Saturday will be his last game. I would like to thank Shane for his efforts in the last 3 years and hopefully we can get a win on Saturday.

Aldinga is looking for coaches for all grades and an advertisement will be placed in the Advertiser.

Good bloke, seems as if he's shopped himself around a bit because he thinks there are better offers than Aldinga out there. Hopefully the good work done down there won't fall away.
