Flagstaff Hill seem to have picked up a ruckman from Para Hills in division 3 about 6'6 which should help them out quite a bit.

Liam to Porties, thats interesting, wonder how he will go with some better players around him - no offence Lonsdale
How are Porties going anyway, pre season started, numbers and would be setting up for a big year I would think.

Harris might have to man up and give the first give at porties, my sources at lonsdale tell me he also wasn't the hardest trainer, not sure about that last point though.

Im just thinking how they are going to fit the all in with the new points system or do the towns have no points system to follow? Also are the 2 new ins for marion over 30. If not I thought ex had a policy with no recruit being under 30. I must have been wrong.

Exelby spends too much time drunk at the bar and cannot remember what he said to whom gauging by some of the things i heard. He managed to bluff his way into that job by promising players and has delivered very little. I also heard Marion have lost Bilney and ray-zwar (there best 2 from last year) Fishpool retired, banyer maybe too, stokes, leyton, kelly, mcCard probably and a stack of fringe players to CL Gardens FC.
There has been no howes, wendleborn, billings and the others that ex offered at part of the lure and only ins were Brad Smith and Tarque Williamson.
I drove past sturt Rd the other week and they had about 16 out on the track.

I also got told that the club was thinking of getting a phone on a contract for ex to actually make him ring players as so far he hasn't even contacted all their players registered from last year.

would be interesting to know if anyone can confirm or deny any of this, but it doesn't sound like it is working cohesively down there again

After speaking to our coach and president it appears the harro hasnt been answering their calls for the last 4 weeks. He spoke with our a few of our players and said hes definately staying so if its the case that hes leaving surely he could be man enough to say so. My porties informer tells me they have landed a gun from darwin (surname begins with F) along with a few others so looks like they will be in for a good year after finishing last season strongly.

I understand that harris was also the captain of the club last year, if the captain cant get motivated to train then why wouldn't the other players follow his lead.
