Saw the draw show, it'll be a tough group for us. Japan first, Brazil second and Croatia third.
I was hoping that we got into England's group and/or the USA group.

Well I dont think the USA can beat Italy and Czech Rep. so if we do get to the knockout stage, so much for bagging us out!

Croatia and Japan ARE beatable. We likely won't beat Brazil, but stranger things have happened.

I have to agree with you on that one David. Our last shot against Japan should have resulted in victory.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but now I know that this World Cup is going to be a real corker. Last Cup over here I was amazed at the sudden passion just about every Japanese had toward their national team. A bit like when Australia II took the America's Cup in '83, and there were all these 12 meter yacht fans in Australia.
I might have to seek out some big concert arena or somewhere they have a big public screen for that first game. Really looking forward to it now!
