Let's not rose tint this bloke though.
He is a blatant anti-semitic, racist.Di Canio priased Mussolini as "basically a very principled, ethical individual" who was "deeply misunderstood".

He is a Facsit not a racist there is a diffrence, he has never said anything against anyone religion or race (well at least not in public) and also I am not saying Mussolini is a saint but he certianly wasn't a stalin or a hitler and as someone who has read many books on Benito from all sides Di Canio isnt wrong with what he says he just forgot to add that he caved in a became a slave to the Germans joining in on there view point to get the Germans to help him. (untill the formal joining with the germnas, benito had jews in the high level of his cabnet and it wasn't untill 1942 when the germans took over Italy that a jew was send to the camps from Italy)
anyway not wanting to turn this into a Benito Mussolini debate, besides his view points Di Canio did/does alot of good for the clubs he represents and always wears his heart on his sleeves and I for one will rose tint someone who was an Icon and a Legend for one my clubs.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas
