Bit strange Greece played at a stadium that was sold out with 32k crowd, would have thought the game would have been played at a bigger stadium

Don't know about Ange trying to play barca tica taca with the current Aussie squad.

I fear for our World Cup campaign, we would want to get a soft draw

As boring and anti football as it is our best chance to score against the good sides at the world cup will be from Tim Cahill and Josh Kennedy at set pieces.

Every free kick we get should be getting pumped into the box, similar to Andy Carroll and Kevin Nolan at West Ham.

We aren't going to play these sides of the park.

So i reckon the pots are set for the WC draw on Dec 6 ... let the speculation begin as to who the Aussies (or whoever you are following) are facing...

Australia is currently the 2nd lowest ranked team in the WC, therefore our expectations shouldn't be too high right...

Pot 1
Brazil, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Belgium and Switzerland,

Pot 2
Netherlands, Italy, England, Chile, USA, Portugal, Greece, Bosnia-Herzegovina

Pot 3
Ivory Coast, Croatia, Russia, France, Ecuador, Ghana, Mexico, Costa Rica

Pot 4
Algeria, Nigeria, Honduras, Japan, Iran, Korea Republic, Australia, Cameroon

watch Australia draw Brazil, Italy and France and get annihilated in the group stage!

on the other hand i'd like to see Uruguay, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Costa Rica and we might have a chance (and Uruguay only because of the inlaws). would be nice to see Aussies and Uruguay go through together...
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

I would love to see Spain in action so wouldn't be too fussed with that...

no, ive gone with order of the fifa rankings. I think pot 1 is set and I just assumed that the rankings would determine the pots. I dont think there will be any ranking changes as of dec 6...

Nah FIFA are all piss and wind, besides that Brazil has no money anyway. The country will be plunged into massive debt to host the Olympics and WC.
