Part 1

Here is some advice offered to players. Advice was added to the bottom of each Law and given to both players and referees. It was originally designed to help both the officials and the players have a better understanding of the game.

This is the advice given to players as a footnote to LAW 5 REFEREES

Never question the referee's decision, for on points of fact connected with the play they are final.
If any argument does arise, always support the referee.
Any misconduct towards a referee away from the field will be dealt with as if the offence had been committed on the field.
Do not draw attention to yourself if you get an injury that is only slight. the referee will see that you have attention on any serious accident.

The last one is a classic considering what goes on today

And here is the advice given to players as a footnote to LAW 15 THROW INS

The practice of claiming for the throw-in when the ball goes into touch is far too prevelant and unnecessary. Let the linesman give his decision.
Do not be childish and pique by throwing of kicking the ball away when a throw-in or any other decision is given to the opposing side.

i think another law should be introduced where if a player is injured after all subs have been used for that match and he needs to go off then another sub can be done. And intro the law where if this player is injured and needs to be subbed after all subs are used then he cant play or misses the next 2 games. This will stamp out the fake or soft injuries if another sub is required.
