Really impressed with what Ange is doing

Don't reckon there would be to many more difficult/eye opening/logistically hard trips than going to Tajikistan in world sport

To take a young squad and win so comfortable both in general play and scoreline is a credit to all of them.

The best thing about them going there was I got to read the Tajikistan Wikipedia article and find out a bit about a place that, in the words of my wife, "sounds like someone is trying to say Kazakhstan but can't"

They did a good job over there. Artificial pitches can be difficult to play on and travel can be a nightmare over that distance in a short period.
Still plenty of improvement needed though, we really should be dispatching minnows like this with far more ease. Will require greater efforts next round for sure

Hasn't played any of the Aus games, and has he played for CP this year?

Was injured for a little bit but he isnt in Pardew's plans. They tried shipping him out to Stoke but it fell through

Yep I don't imagine him getting to many starts there other than cup games

Must be frustrating for him because it's not really due to lack of form more the fact Palace have built a pretty decent squad and especially in the midfield

For the sake of our national side I hope he gets out of there ASAP but imho he must stay in the premier league and not take the cash that will be on offer in the Middle East

South American qualies started this morning.

Uruguay beat Bolivia 2-0 away
Chile beat Brazil 2-0 at home and
Argentina were beaten at home by Ecuador again 2-0 with 2 goals in a minute...
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

Blatter has done it again!
It's now emerged that Russia was agreed upon to host the 2018 WC before the vote even happened. Regardless of the voting outcome FIFA had already signed off on agreement to take it to Russia

Sep Blatter in hospital after a minor breakdown.

Reports stating there was too much pressure for him with the ongoing corruption within the organisation and he had this minor breakdown

I would say its due to a guilty conscience ...knowing what the outcome is going to be
