Good to see Man U get some goals for a change, hope they can get another big bag on Sunday and take some goal scoring form back into the PL.

Entertaining game to watch. Lacked the intensity of a normal league match especially with both teams intent on getting men forward. But at least made for a lot of goals. Tevez was MOTM for me and hopefully we will see more of him during the busy X-mas / New Years fixtures.

Gamba were far from disgraced altho it was obvious Man Utd could go up a gear when needed.

Highlight for me tho was Ronaldo's half assed interview after the game. I know he is still learning english but I still found it amusing that "he was just happy to get the 3 points" in the semi final of a knockout competition and when asked about Gamba and in particular which players impressed him "all of them are fantastic".

Agree with Tevez, I would start him ahead of Berbatov anytime his work rate is fantastic. He goes all match at 100 miles an hour. Would be a huge loss if the Devs can't negotiate a deal to keep him at Old Trafford.

United definitely need more Tevez! Start him and Rooney and watch the goals pile up like last season.

The comp barely got a mention over here. Just not considered newsworthy in the football world.

Certainly, no games shown or anything on note in the press or TV. Even Skysports, the main EPL channel ignored it.
