seeing that the only 2 Transfers threads and on the A-league and UK Football, thought I would start one invovling all the other league in the world. So this is for transfer talk that dont invovle a team from any of the 5 league listed in the title.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Inter to use Ricardo Quaresma as bait for Atletico Madrid ace Sergio Aguero - Report

Salvatore Landolina, Goal.com wrote:Inter are planning to use Ricardo Quaresma as a makeweight in an attempt to strike a deal with Atletico Madrid for forward, Sergio Aguero.

According to Tuttosport, 21-year-old Aguero is on top of Jose Mourinho's hitlist, though he is likely to battle former employers Chelsea, who are also keen.

However, the report suggests 'Mou' is holding the sword rather than the stick as he has Quaresma and will use him to gain advantage in the transfer tussle with Carlo Ancelotti.

It is said Atleti have a predilection for the Portuguese winger who has become unsettled at the club. Quaresma has been peripheral to Mourinho's plans, leading to speculation he will leave. This is likely to pave the way for 'El Kun'.

The move for Aguero us unlikely to materialise during the January transfer window though. Summer negotiations are expected to evolve after the World Cup.

With Samuel Eto'o expected to play at the Africa Cup of Nations, the club have been looking at Lazio's Goran Pandev as his replacement.

However, they have to wait upon a decision from the Italian FA's Arbitration Panel over the Macedonian's contract rescission dispute.
