The Azzuri do it again.

Two goals in the dying minutes of extra-time.

Boo Italy. Hear I was thinking it was going to be penalties, when I went to put things in the fridge, it was all over.

Missed the first 30 minutes, but what I saw thereafter it was the best match of the cup thus far for mine!

Germany rode their momentum to get this far, but Italy played superbly to never allow them to recapture it.

The Ref I thought was pretty good in the main, only criticism's would be cards he failed to give (generally for diving), and the free kick he gave to the Germans (pretty innocuous looking I might add) which was clearly in the box, yet he gave a free kick instead of penalty ... As I said though, in the main, a classic encounter!

Tim Cahill says he wants Italy to win the cup, becouse then the winners hardest match will have been against Australia, and we know we are more than capable of beating the world champs.

Bloody arsey Italians left it late again.. i was ready to watch them crash in the penalty shootout once again until a defender scores the winner.

Whoever wins the 2nd semi will win the Cup i hope, i dont want Italy to be world champs!
