General Information
The coursing track is located at Park Road, Virginia. The raceway is a 300 metre straight grass track which has a drag lure down the centre of the track.

coursing is match racing which used to be with live hares but now obviously they use a drag lure (humane reasons) i remember watching on sky about 'in the old days' with live hares that not the best dog won all the time as a hare would zig zag all over 'the paddock' & whichever dog had the 'inside running' on the hare would win but now with a drag lure inevitably the best dogs get through to the final it works much like a tennis tournament throughout the course of 1,2 or 3 days
