CONTINUOUS quiz - SANFL history..

There was another CONTINUOUS quiz a little while back, which was based on YEARS and GENERAL KNOWLEDGE.
This continuous quiz, is based on SANFL History, and works basically the same way.
A question is asked, and the person who provides a correct answer, then asks the next question.
The questions can be based on years, but don't necessarily have to be (questions can ask for a particular year, player's name, club etc etc). Also please don't google to search for answers.
I'll start..
..what year did Russell Ebert win the first of his 4 Magarey Medals?

Well i'll guess and say 1980, although i can't think who may have won it, perhaps Darryl Cahill.

Greg Phillips, Derek Kickett, and Lindsay Heaven represented the same (country) club at various stages before playing in the SANFL. Which club was it?
