In the just completed Div 1 County Championship Match between Durham and Hampshire, 38 year old opening bowler for Durham OTTIS GIBSON became the 79th Bowler in 1st class history to take all 10 wickets in an innings. Bowling an unchanged spell of 17.3 overs, GIBSON single handedly bowled Hampshire out for 115 off of 35.3 overs, collecting figures of 10/47.
Obviously not a spinners pitch as the worlds Greatest Ever Spinner Shane Warne went wicketless in his stint at the bowlers crease for Hampshire going wicketless off 17 overs. 0/73 .

And we know how the Poms like to select 'bolters' aged in their mid to late 30s.

I'm assuming that's the same guy that played for the West Indies in the mid '90's

He got the 1st two wickets of the 2nd innings too.

Maybe he had been drinking the flood water over here - not sure.
