Clark in for Blues..big Moo Moo coming up at the WACA

Postby Rik E Boy » Wed Feb 07, 2007 1:00 pm

Ed Cowan, Phil Jaques, Simon Katich (capt), Dominic Thornely, Brad Haddin (wk), Greg Mail, Grant Lambert, Nathan Hauritz, Stuart Clark, Doug Bollinger, Mark Cameron, Stuart MacGill.

Liking the look of that NSW squad for the Moo Moo match against the Worriers in Perth. WA are currently second and NSW third so it is imperative that we knock the WACAs off on their home turf (like nearly every other state has managed so far this season) and leap frog em. Dodgy bowlers Casson, Coyte and Bird have been mercifully left out, and the attack of Horrie, Clark , Bollinger, MacGill and the newcomer Cameron looks capable of taking 20 wickets. No excuses here for the Blues but WA has been bowling well in recent matches (in the Moo Moo anyway) so it's time for Katich and Thornley in particular to earn their coin and get us over the line.

GO BLUES.

I'll endulge you REB...

Yep, NSW will win in a canter. Jaques will make heaps. WA can't take 20-wickets against that line-up.

NSW all out 209

WA 0/109 of 12.4 overs!!!

Ronchi 85 from 45 balls (10 four, 4 sixes)

Clark 0/28 from 5 overs
Henriques 0/29 from 3 overs
