Just shows how stupid the selectors are. If he played for NSW instead of us, he would still be playing in the national side.

MURALICHUCKERTHAN continues to mesmerise the ZIMBABWE + BANGLADESH batsmen.

06 matches v BAN 50 wickets at 12-52
137 wickets vrs the D graders
10 matches v AUS 55 wickets at 31-42
55 wickets vrs A graders

If Warney, Ooh Ahh, or any other Aussies had played that many tests against Zimbabwee or Bangladesh, their figures would look a lot better as well.

Muralichukerthiefaran also has 134 wickets at Columbo
Ash Giles would make a ball turn 3 inches there as well
Chucker has 137 gifts v ZI +BA I think Warrrrrrney has about 20 odd.

Agreed. He's had a couple of good performances for the Redbacks, but has generally struggled. Once he lost that extra yard of pace his career as a Test bowler was over.

He hasn't exactly set the domestic comp alight, he did pick up a 10 wicket match against the Bulls but he has struggled. Who would you leave out for Dizzy anyway?? Lee? S. Clark? No way.

When he bowled at 140km he was a great bowler
When he slowed down to about 130-135 he struggled

This obviously shows that averages and stats can be decieving.
MAL is correct, when Dizzys pace fell away to around 130-135 his time was up.
