Message to Redbacks: this is how you manage good young talent.

Bring them in and bat them at No.6, was recipe for success with the Australian team over 20 year period. We bring them in and chuck them in at No. 3 or opener and they ruin their confidence, never to be seen again :shock:

Trouble is that batting at 6 for SA is pretty much opening.
