BBL 4 - Bryce McGain Spud XI of the series.. Nominations

We do it in other sports so due to the fact so many posters are watching BBL 4 I think it will be a novel idea to ask for nominations and at the tournaments conclusion collate information posted and give you the Bryce McGain Spud XI. It will be structured like a legit franchise with 2 internationals. Selection will be (lack of ) performance based, ability to influence your teams defeat and blokes you just wouldn't want in your team.

Nominate as many as you want and all nominations will be considered by the selection panel. Those selected in the team will be notified on Twitter.

My first nomination is "Dynamite" Dan Worrall for his inspirational effort that yielded 60 last week. I feel like he may be a worthy nomination and ultimately leading our bowling attack.

Going on his first 2 games and what they say he can do on the international arena. I nominate Alex Hales

We need two internationals so if he continues to be Alex Fails he will be donning the "Baggy Bryce"

Just checking out ICC world 20/20 rankings and I was shocked to see he is the third ranked batter in the world.

Shows how hit and miss this game can be. Few more failures and his odds will shorten for Captaincy

Worrall and rose are locks for bowling positions at this stage.

Andrew McDonald.
Was scared shitless facing Lee the other night.
Dropped a sitter and if he bats any longer than 6 overs he's blowing up like a defenceless puffer fish.

I missed the game but watched the replay and watched it and watched it and then watched it to music.

I was batting in the nets during under 11s and premeditated a leave and wanted to play it like Desmond Haynes. It cannoned into middle and off. I thought it was the dumbest thing seen at cricket training....then along comes the "Big Show" on a slightly bigger stage than the St.Pauls cricket nets and his was middle and leg. Worst leave ever!!!!

As chairman of selectors I am naming Manwell  our incumbent Captain.

I haven't seen Rose this campaign. From memory Is that Clive Rose a left arm spinner who might have Indian or Lankan heritage??

Sounds like a lock.

Team taking nice shape. I agree with whoever nominated Ron as well. He is not the same cricketer that he used to be.

Carberry would be closing in on a baggy Bryce.

Doug the Rug.

Going at 9 an over over 4 games for a whopping 2 wickets and bats like Chris Martin.
