I really hope the quicks can get the ball to reverse, otherwise they might be bowling for 2 days straight.

Even though Starc deserves his spot, I think Johnson is better suited to Indian conditions.

Can't wait for Friday.

Funny if true. Why pick 3 quicks and henriques then?

When I heard Moses got the call up I was expecting the 2 spinners. But hehas been bowling the best out of the "all rounders"

That is a disgraceful side, I would be interested to know who the last team to win in India with four seamers in their side were, maybe the windies dominant era!!!

I know Inverarity is from the old bouncy WACA wickets but this is taking the piss!!!!!

House and mortgage on India or the draw!!

Our guys may reverse it but in the recent series with Englabd it was reversing around the 60 over mark by then India will be 1 at best for 270-300 with that attack.

Watch Clarke screw his back having to bowl so many overs.

Arthur wouldn't be a keen spin man either.

Not a real strong side but probably the best we've got. There's little point playing another spinner when Clarke and Warner are already better then the incumbent.

Problem is Clarke is well know for having back issues which has limited his bowling previously! We can't afford for him to miss games because of injuries from bowling.

Maybe he sees another 6fa

If Clarke and Warner are going to bowl 20 overs between them an innings why not play an extra batter which appears to be a massive weakness. One of these fast bowlers will bowl less than 10 overs an innings and be wasted!

Good point about Warner bowling spin. I guess with Watson not bowling, a bowling all rounder (Henriques) was more important than another batsman on those pitches. If the pitches are there normal roads, we shouldnt need another specialist batsman

I'm not sure if Warner will be fit to bowl. What hand is his injured finger on?

Their only roads if u know how to play spin! ;)

This pitch is going to be a massive turner from ball one.

I'm still in shock with the selected side!

We have seen in the past with the likes of Colin Miller and Jason Krezja that very average spinners can become world beaters on the Indian pitches. We are definitely one spin bowler short here. I really can't see how we will take 20 wickets. We just need to hope India bat first and declare twice, leaving us with a target we can chase down

Do you really rate Warner as a spin bowler?

Krezja did take a bag in 1 test, but did get belted all over the park, and Australia was soundly beaten.

It's done now, so I guess we see what happens. Either inverarity and co are genius, or there will be a heap of I told ya - sack them all posts.
