yeah your probably right!

Hilf should bowl well on the Tassie deck if its the same as it has been for the shield.

Hilf just doesnt do it for me though LOL!!

i agree with Warner batting at 3, but everything i have read suggests Phil Hughes will be the number 3.

Just heard on 5AA news that both Hastings and Hazlewood were "replaced" by Siddle and Hilfy due to injuries???

How did Hazlewood get injured and more to the point Hastings? What is it with our fast bowlers and injuries, even the back ups can't get past a 1 test effort without breaking down???

A pitching-the-ball-up, let-it-swing Hilf does it for me. What he's shown this summer doesn't!!

Apparently Hastings suffered from "back pain" towards the end of the test match in Perth.

Could be. Only time I can recall them being here for Tests over the Dec-Jan period was 95/96, and we played Pakistan at the SCG in perhaps early December

Ok we should win the series and win well. With the Ashes in mind this is what i want to see at the end of this series

-Starc and Hughes given the whole series to establish themselves

-The dogs breakfast of a batting line-up, it needs to be sorted ASAP, you cant head into an Ashes with out a steady line-up, every position in the order needs to be sorted, Clarke HAS to move up to atleast 3-4, personally i would like to see a left/right handed opening combination.

-Matty Wade you are the best keeper batsmen in Australia BUT you are not and will never be Adam Gilchrist, getting out playing ridiculous shots is the quickest way out of the test side, he has all the talent just needs to grind out a few more innings and improve shot selection.

-Shane Watson and our pacemen to get through a series without being injured.

-Shane Watson's role in the side also needs to be sorted ASAP, he is clearly in our best 11 and has to play when fit but his continuing injury problems and flexibility seem to be more of a nuisenece than an asset.

Is he?
Got picked on a lot of hype, not sure he is our long term answer.

I reckon he has the most batting talent out of all the keepers in Aus at the moment (i think Neville and Triffit in the future maybe better) i dont know enough about keeping to really judge him from any others.

If I was Robbie Quiney I would be confused and dissappointed
He was good enough a few weeks ago to play in front of Hughes
He is dismissed 3 times cheaply against arguably the best attack in the world
After 2 games he dosent get a second chance
Im thinking he got a raw deal
But having said that, I dont think he is good enough at Test Level

Well there you go then, the selectors don't either. Mystery solved.
