West End Redbacks verse DEC bushrangers

Postby Coach Bombay » Wed Nov 28, 2012 10:15 am

Massive match today, a win to either team will almost make them one more win away from a shot at a flag. Today is a mini final - and the loser will be put back into the pack. I'm nervous, but I think our record against these spuds has been ok in the one day game, although last year we almost choked the unchokable needing 120 to win at 0/60. The maligned and laconic Tom cooper and aggresive dan Christian have a lot to prove with the bat and their mental application to the game. A half century/not out score a must from both. With the ball we have the best one day bowlers in the country. Richo Botha putland and haberfield all averaging close to or under 20. Dan worrall should miss this important contest, however we know the "sack-chuck" loves playing a vic or two in his XI. Match begins at 1:45 adelaide time. Get on Board
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt

Travs been told where he stands and why he isnt playing. The One Day game suits him no doubt but we want him playing quility SS cricket first. The one day game comes natural to him so when he is ready they will get him in

Not fussed at all if Head isn't playing one dayers, rather he concerntrates and establishes himself in the shield first!

Thought we beat them in twice last year and once the year before in Geelong ? Or somewhere different? Ah well
