Sachin Tendulkar will become the fourth non-Australian cricketer to receive an Order of Australia honour. The prime minister of Australia, Julia Gillard, made the announcement while visiting a cricket clinic in Delhi
He will join Lara, Lloyd, Sobers

We've awarded Tendulkar an OAM, in England they award foreign cricketers the captaincy.

When I was 8 I was at the SCG and a young Tendulkar was fielding on the boundary.
A heap of kids were trying to get his autograph and he would only sign stuff for the Indian looking kids.

I wonder what Andrew Symonds thinks of this? Tendulkar was supposedly heavily involved with the Harbajan racism saga wasnt he?

what a joke! he has done nothing for our sunburnt country. he dosent do any interviews while hear and snobs of young cricketers. disgrace gillard you dud! what has he put back into the game hear nothing! i could go on and on.
