Watson Sent Home

Postby brod » Mon Oct 15, 2012 9:31 pm

And no....not for the usual reasons someone is sent home (a drunken rampage ect)

Shane Watson's special case status has been underlined by Cricket Australia's decision to unilaterally withdraw him from the latter stages of the Champions League Twenty20 in South Africa.

Exactly right.

Nice to see that a very important summer of test cricket takes precedence over these grab for cash tournaments.

Watto is in fantastic touch at the moment, hopefully this translates into the longer formats!
