Redbacks - the solution

Postby Coach Bombay » Thu Oct 11, 2012 8:29 pm

Okay, you have just received a phone call saying that the reins of south Australian cricket have been handed to you, what would you do? Change the board? Restructure grade cricket? Clean out the coaching staff? Send the team to a psychologist?
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt

Is there an opportunity to bypass the district comp if they don't want to play ball... have a independent 4 team comp with the elite district players competing against each other... to play for the redbacks you must come from these 4 teams.

And SACK CHUCK... was a douche when he played and is a douche when he coaches... Bet tassie really wished they had Hilfy playing in this game - they would have been able to get home last night!

Spend huge dollars on bringing in imported players such as Andy Flower and Johan Botha, in favour of using the $ in developing young talent. I'd also let promising cricketers such as Ryan Harris and Mark Cosgrove move on to other states...

Oh wait a sec....
