I doubt any fringe international Australian player would want to move here. The Adelaide Flat track syndrome will take hold and they won't go anywhere apart from backwards at a great rate of knots...

I will actually stick up for Smith, dont mind him. Takes a fair bit of guts to admit your faults and work out that his bowling wasnt up to standard and he needed to improve his batting. To give up bowling and to concentrate on his batting to an extent where he is now a top 4 batter (even though its a crap NSW side) shows that he has a fair bit of dedication.
I actually think he would go well in SA if he ever chose to come here
