20/20 games 2010/2011 not including SA games

Postby mal » Wed Dec 29, 2010 9:10 am

The razzamatazzmical season starts 30/12/2010
The new breed of cricket followers who enjoy the crash bang smashathons are likely to re-embrace this once again this season
Well its on again, and not before time after the interference of that dastardly cricket form called Trest Cricket
The distraction of an Ashes Series is an indictment on 20/20 cricket ...

I re-iterate my thoughts again
The spectacle of 20/20 cricket is of great entertainment
However, what it is doing to the longer forms of cricket is something Im not liking
But FWIW it is cricket, and I will watch it
I only watch 20/20 in our domestic set up, and when AU is playing
I dont watch that other money infested comp in the Northern Hemisphere
At this stage our Domestic comp, is state v state, with a controllable amount of ''ring ins'' from other countries
So Im going to endorse this comp
When it is OVERLOADED with ring ins and $$$, then this comp will lose interest in my eyes

am looking forward to this comp, sure beats watching neighbours and home and away. A pity i have just moved house and the foxtel wont be hooked up until next Thursday. Anyway will probably go around a mates house to watch the game tonight.

WA are my tip to win the comp this year.

Vic will win the comp again this year. Good mix of 20/20 players. Cant wait for it to kick off....dont mind the 20/20 format in moderation

Moderation is the key Valleys, I agree. This format shouldn't be played at the international level IMO.

I know its not 20/20 in Aus,but seen tonight NZ VS PAK 20/20 Shahid Afridi bowl Tim Southee with speed of 134km,never seen or heard a spinner bowl that pace before.

Cossie doesn't look great in yellow. Mind you, he still hits it ok!

A cracking delivery it was too.
Afridi is really a medium-slow leggie and has some tricks.
