We are not moving forward with this player though. He is similar to Cozzy in manyways but we dont need a batsman that can make a quick 50 we need a bloke who can bat for a day and a half and allow us to make 500.

There's been a freeze on contract negotiations.

Why don't we look in our own backyard then if the SACA doesn't think there is anyhing wrong with our grade cricket.

I believe Blizzard will be moving in to Adelaide during the winter months.
Media can't get to him as he's putting up a cold front at this stage.

getting back to a somewhat serious discussion - i agree. we dump cossie becuase apparantly his scores havent been good enought and replace him with a bloke that only averages 30 in first class cricket and 20 in domestic one day cricket.

Personally I love this signing, I think he has huge potential.

Will play 20/20 and maybe the odd FR. Wont get a look in at the Shield. Didn't make a run in district cricket last year for Richmond. Not a 4 or 5 day cricketer. Still could be a handy pick up though, as 20/20 is where the money is made for future talent or real recruits.
