Under 19s World Cup

Under 19s World Cup starts in New Zealand tommrow with three games

- Afghan U19 v India U19
- Canada U19 v Zimbabwe U19
- Ireland U19 v South Africa U19

The Aussies first game is Saturday against USA U19
The other sides in Group B are Ireland and South Africa

Geez, the poor old US and A won't know what hit em will they??? That would be worth watching! Watching the Yanks get their ar$es kicked at any sport is right up there on my list of things to do!

Heard a 15 yr old made 120 odd not out for Pakistan in their opening game. Amazing effort!

Thats an amazing effort. Obviously this kid is superbly talented. This could be one kid that could debut at 18 if he keeps improving at that rate. Be interesting to see how the t20 format affects his game and his desire for all formats!!

A highly-rated allrounder who combines right-hand batting with right-arm fast-medium bowling, Tim Armstrong was selected in Australia's squad for the Under-19 World Cup in 2010. He also played four of the five games in the Under-19 series against Sri Lanka in October 2009. From NSW

Also noticed that Armstrong is currently 19 years 113 day. :? (how does that work)
