does anyone know how good or bad his injury is ? as i've always enjoyed going to the adelaide oval & watching the young man bat, so does anyone know his progress etc ?

Is not in the Sheffield Shield S.A squad to play TA on 13/10
Going by the press it might be most or all of the season
A knee recon may be the scenario
He has had a similar injury in the past

Ferg was the main reason I watched a lotta S.A. games last season
Fingers crossed that its not too bad and he resumes shortly

99% certain it's a knee recon. So shattering for especially him but also SA fans and cricket fans in general who like watching this up and comer play.

Confirmed, 9-12 months out. Terrible news. love watching him when he gets going. Hopefully he can get back to his best and fulfill his potential....
