Ashes fixtures for 2010/2011

Cricket Australia and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have announced the fixtures for the 2010-11 Test series between the old foes.

Tests in Brisbane on November 25, Adelaide (December 3-7) and Perth (December 16-20) with Melbourne's traditional Boxing Day fixture (December 26-30) and Sydney's New Year Test (January 3-7) completing the schedule.

And yet again, Hobart misses out.

Also, I suppose we don't need a traditional timeslot to achieve good crowds either. This one should break all the records if it goes for five days (except the 2nd, 3rd and 4th days individual crowd figures)

the ozzies will smash england wen they come to australia,it will be just like the last series wen we played them here.the much anticipated ashes battle,everyone will be pumped for a good series then we will win 5-nil.i say play it in england all the time atleast then we know it will be alot closer.poms cant handle our conditions the week bast##s.

some things never change. we also dont have a one day game down here this year but we do get a T20 under the new lights. 1st tower went up this week havent been to the ground but footage looked good on the news.

Maybe is the SACA has trouble getting the new stand finished the Adelaide test could be moved to Hobart :)

and it would appear vice versa - we have won either of the last 2 series.

When did Hobart ever have an Ashes Test. Never. I think Hobart have a test this summer.

Adelaide Oval with the tents in the Parklands and the stands demolished is a 100% better ground than Hobbit.
