It just doesn't seem right

No offense to Justin Langer but it just feels wrong to me. Good luck to him and all though. To think about the amount of cricket guys play nowadays it's actually quite remarkable it's taken this long for it to happen but it shows how far ahead of any other player Bradman was.

It really is incredible that someone could score that many runs in that amount of innings. I really wish i could have seen Bradman play. (Along with Millions of others no doubt.)

As much respect as i have for Langer and his work ethic and ability to continue playing decent cricket at his age i would have much preferred to see the record stand for at least a while longer.

I'm sure I read somewhere recently that Langer wants to come out of retirement and play for WA again next season and Marcus North was against it.

Not exactly the whole story.

Langer was quoted as saying he would return to WA to play or seriously consider it but only if he was re instated captain. Both Moody and North said thanks but no thanks and rightfully so.

If WW2 didn't happen when it did, just imagine how many runs Bradman would have finished up with. I'm guessing at least 45, 000

He's only keeping the seat warm until The Kat overhauls his short ar5e.

If The Don were English he most likely would have made double the runs he made, with all the cricket they play.
