Interesting to look back now on the critics of Manou in that game v NSW where they thought we should have just gone for the draw because "we were no chance to make the final". Well, those 2 points would have helped but outright points would have had us now second!

Interestingly, QLD & Tas in 2nd and 3rd place have only 1 draw between them. In fact, QLD have lost more times than they won. So much for playing just for 1st innings points.

I know we didn't jag those outright points so it's all a moot point but we ended up being a lot closer than it looked we would.
