Reardon's hit a couple of cracking sixes.
Gabba's outfield is in the worst I have ever seen for cricket at this level.
Looks like it might be a remote country ground, not a place for international cricket
Apparently it's a problem with the winter grass (rye) not dieing off in time for the summer grass (couch) to grow.

Ended up being a pretty exciting game. Can't wait to see how the Redbacks go against WA on Sunday night.

Batticciotto's catch was one of the best catches i have seen it was a cracker to dismiss the very dangerous warner.

India pulled out of that tour after the Mumbai terror attacks.

Was never contracted to the Redbacks for the T20 games, Tanveer was recruited in his place. Limited to 1 international player at any 1 time so Younus gets to go home for Christmas.

Fair enough. Thanks for the confirmation. Will Younis be back for the real stuff after the tee ball is finished?

Yes, Sohail is only playing for us in the KFC Twenty/20 part of the summer. Not only will Younus be back after the Twenty/20 stuff supposedly he wants to come back again next season.

Of course not, I'm a huge fan of Younus. He's one of the best batsman in the world and just needed time to adapt to the conditions and recently the runs have started to flow. The Redbacks should do everything they can to re-sign him, I reckon he would tear the comp apart next season.
