The 17 year old at a booming 200cm is debuting for NSW against the New Zealanders in the tour match. He is going to be the youngest fast bowler debutant for NSW of all time. He is already a holder of NSW full contract and at 17 would have played earlier but NSW did not want to take his priorities away from his exams. This kid must be good if he already has a full contract for NSW and debuting against the New Zealanders.
i am looking forward to seeing this kid play for many years to come!

IIRC there was a bloke called Phil Alley who was also a giant and also debuted at 17 but not for the Bluebaggers but for SA. Back then the Cricket Academy youngsters used to graduate into a Red Cap. I reckon to have that back in Adelaide would be beneficial to Australian and South Australian Cricket alike. One of the more notable imports to play for SA of course was Micheal Bevan, the ACTer who went on to play with NSW and Tasmania with great distinction.

****** if I know. If you can find me a bigger waste of time than correcting spelling errors on the Internet I'd like to turn on the TV while you explain it to me.

Burt Cockley picked up a Michelle against the Buttrangers in Sydney last week in a fine effort. We'll cop plenty of stick this summer but next year watch out for the Blueboys.

Yeah 2/53 off 18 is a very good start to a first class career.
I was surprised to see Grant Lambert take 5/74 i thought he was a part timer at best.

Taken 5 for once before..but only 68 wickets in 30 matches doesnt qualify him for much more..and the Kiwis were able to score 4.5 an over off him
