New Zealand are probably not going to Pakistan later this month for three ODI's due to security concerns

There are concerns but from the ACB's point of view they'll never be able to cry foul if there is a terrorist attack on Australian soil and countries won't tour here.
Won't be a surprise to me if Pakistan don't fulfil their next tour here.

Well I feel that the concerns are well founded at the moment. After the recent events that is.

PCB have stated that they are confiedent that the ODI series vs Aust in April will go ahead in a neutral venue, or split between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
That will impact Aussie particpation in the IPL
