These two teams have been dreadful in this form of the game this year and this game holds no meaning whatsoever.

Curtains for 1 brilliant state cricketer who would have played more cricket in another country or in another era, and one magnificent international player so that will give the game a bit of purpose.

Anyone heading down?

Well we all know what Dizzy's last game of test cricket produced, lets hope he goes out in the same type of style, he deserves a victory at least :D

New look first 5 that's for sure. Hopefully the young blokes can do well here today.

The way SA have gone this season he could well be 20 or 30 not out during that press conference.

Make that 2/16 now, both openers back in the shed.

Dizzy might as well be padded up ready to go in.

i think we should be looking west for a new batsmen
rogers, voges, pomersbach, doropolous, ervine, ronchi, s.marsh, north, davis all trying to squeeze into their top 6 or 7

voges, north and s.marsh should all be targeted by redbacks

Couldn't see any of those three leaving, no matter what the price. Worth a shot though.

i think its definitely worth a shot. voges was dropped for the last pura cup game IIRC. the redbacks salary cap would be freed up after lehmann and elliot retiring. unless cullen and bailey lose their CA contracts...
