He has struggled batting last against Aus. but he's not alone there. He is still one of the greatest batsman ever, arguablly the best in my life time.

Thats very interesting stats Mal, has shocked me a little, thought he had done better than that against the aussies, i wouldn't call him a choker against Australia, fact of the story is that in his domain Australia have had the best bowlers in the world, and probably the best planners as well, he is still one of the bst batsman in the world and he like many have succumbed to a great Australian bowling and tactical plan

4th innings stats can be misleading as you are often chasing a total or saving a game - on a 4th or 5th day pitch

Locky, he has done very well against Australia, just most of his big scores have been in the 1st Innings. Has struggled at times in the 2nd dig.

It is an interesting stat, but hardly fair to call one of the greatest modern day batsmen a choker, especially after some the pain he has inflicted on our bowling attack.

I aint the one caller or suggesting he is a choker, I love watching the guy bat, I just suggested perhaps he struggles a tad against us because of our bowling attack and the pre game planning that is the best in the world

Onya mal. You just changed 'Steve Waugh' to 'Sachin Tendulkar' and then just copied an old post.

According to Baggygreen.com, Tendulkar has (so far) scored 2102 runs in 23 Test matches (43 innings) at an average of 55.31.
This includes 8 centuries and 8 half-centuries, and a high score of 241 not out. 8)
