If Smith is overweight,it isn't the weight of runs weighing him down, maybe the weight of expectation.

Seems by Smithy's return barb that Keppler isn't the greatest supporter of the South African team and their strucutre.IIRC Wessels was one of the people who spoke out about the policy the country has regarding the amount of coloured players in the side.

Should help us when they get home, and we follow shortly after. With less than impressive performances this tour, the public over there will be wanting big results when we get there, only adding more pressure to a team beggining to show signs of inferiority.

Seems they over estimated for one, their ability to beat us,and two,the way our players wanted to bounce back after the Ashes loss.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

Good point Boon.

Also it must be noted that Kepler also swiped at Kallis and pretty much the rest of the team for being unfit as it was put. But mainly Kallis and Smith he said were overweight, which is most bullflop as both guys look in decent shape to us, there just getting out played at the moment.

I think that the selectors waking up and giving some new blood a go (ie Hussey) may have helped.
We used to be good :-(
