Ashwin out for Perth, they dont lose much with his replacement though in Jadeja. I rate him highly, will strengthen their lower order also.

Ashwin and Sharma are out.

Vihari for Sharma and Jadeja for Ashwin.

Aussies unchanged.

Ashwin out is massive for our chances. He took six wickets in the First Test at less than 2 runs an over and is important to their set up at number 8 in the batting order. This sways it our way on paper.

Think I'll have a bowl thanks

38 degrees in Perth tomorrow once it’s had it’s actual ‘cut’ (I’d assume at some stage this afternoon that would’ve happened) it won’t be that bad.

Agree that picture doesn’t look great.

I do not rate Jadeja, still think Kuldeep Yadav was worth a go ahead of him.
144 wickets @19.70 at home in 28 matches
41 wickets @36.82 away in 11 matches
Averages 23.55 with the bat against Aus
Never played against Aus in Aus

No Rohit Sharma hinders Australia I reckon, he is the biggest flat track bully in world cricket (Dave Warner is one yes but at least has had sustained success in test cricket)

Nice, the Perth test is always the best one for us as a viewing audience here in SA you can still watch 1 and a half maybe 2 sessions once you get home from work. Love that.

Ashwin is a huge out, did Kohli overuse him in Adelaide to the detriment of the rest of their series? Sharma would've been 50/50 to play anyway I reckon, the allrounder was pushing for his spot.

Don't worry about the colour, it'll be flint hard...that's what matters.

Last 11 tests he is averaging 65 with the bat, including a 100* and an 86* at The Oval, very handy bat down the order.
