The collapse is on SFRICANS to put a heap of pressure on if Smith goes.

Smith needs to see this home from here

You make your own luck, plus I think there is a lot of Marcus Trescothick playing inside the line about it.

Love his attitude.

Not sure having a traditionally deadbat style opener is such a bad thing to protect our middle order from the swinging ball by just taking the shine of it

Alot these days seem to play outside their limitations, this guy just does what he does best, bit like the SFRICAN opener that scored the ton, just play with what you know best

Yep with experience and confidence will come more adventurous stroke play.

Like I said in a earlier post maybe we need a couple of more defensive bats opening the innings to protect our middle order from the swinging ball

Could Khawaja and Warner permanently swap for the better of the rest of the batting line up

Australian International Summer

Typical idiotic crowd in Adelaide, slow clapping a bloke on debut who is doing his job. We still have over 4 sessions to make 20 runs, it's not a T20 you morons!

It's embarrassing behaviour by the crowd!! Good way to turn kids off wanting to play cricket when your own supporters take the piss out of you because of their lack of understanding of the game!!

Glad I'm not there, would be kicked out for telling them what I think!!

Yep, how dare a kid on debut bat for longer than our whole first innings in Hobart. Sadly it's the T20 mentality that people want sides to go at 10 an over. Worse was the C9 commentary flogs bagging the piss out of him when only last week they were calling for players to value their wickets

Yeah Chappells the worse his just a miserable negative old bastard!!

Great turn around by the Aussies.

Despite Maddinson and Wade struggling and hopefully dropped for the next test the selectors can look at this and say they got it right
