Real brain fade that. WTF was he thinking ? #-o #-o
Surely you'd think about grounding your bat b4 your personal safety?
Thing is that if he had grounded his bat and then lifted it up he would've been NOT out despite being out of his crease.

i thought he had grounded his bat and then lifted it out the way whilst he was still out of his crease

I thought that initially as well until seeing the replay which showed him not quite grounding the bat.

India react to third test defeat to England by dumping Yuvraj, Zaheer and Harbhajan from squad for fourth Test

Indian selectors would lose their job if they dropped Sachin but he is a shell of his former self. The Aussie series could be his last

The pitch is always terrible there. They have gone with only one quick and he currently has both wickets.

Watch a bit of the third test this afternoon, the ball is hardly getting over stump height and it's only day one. Sharma bowled a bouncer to Trott, Trott ducked underneth it, the ball went over him and then hit the deck just after the stumps and pretty much rolled to Dhoni. Also, Sharma bowled a good length ball wide outside off stump to Pieterson, he left it alone and that also bounced just past the stumps and then pretty much rolled to Dhoni. WTF.

After watching highlights of Dhoni's run out. Why the hell don't the ICC use super slow-mo cameras for run outs. I don't agree with using any camera footage for other dismissals.
